Michael Dorang

Michael Dorang is a certified professional coach, author, speaker and founder of Wayfinder Coaching Canada. He holds a meditation certification from The Meditation Institute under the direction of Kevin Ellerton, and coaching certifications (FCC and FCPC) from the Flow Coaching Institute. He is a member in good standing of the International Coaching Federation.

His work grows out of his own experience. After twenty-six years in the corporate world, he found himself running on empty and slowly losing touch with what mattered to him. What he discovered was alignment: living and working in a way that is true to your values, your purpose and your energy. He now helps people who feel trapped, exhausted or quietly lost move beyond the overwhelm and confusion of burnout.

Michael's approach is compassionate, judgment-free and highly actionable. He believes that "we don't need to see the entire staircase; we just need to see the next right step." In his one-to-one New You/New Life program, he uses his signature tool, the Alignment Compass, to help clients rediscover their values, passions and purpose. He also works through speaking, workshops and his books.

He lives in Toronto, Ontario.
