Anika Patel is a speaker, facilitator and coach who helps people remember their wholeness, at work, at home and within themselves. She has spent more than fifteen years working with leaders and organisations worldwide to unlock creativity and build cultures of innovation, across Asia-Pacific, the USA and Europe. Her work now carries that same curiosity into the energetic and emotional realms, helping people release what is stuck and return to their natural state of coherence.
Her career has included designing and leading global culture transformation programs for Fortune 500 companies, training teams in innovative thinking, and helping fast-growing start-ups shape their culture and brand. She has coached senior leaders one to one, including those facing Imposter Syndrome, and trained executives in the "soft skills" of innovation: emotional intelligence, mindfulness and storytelling. She has also hosted retreats for women to reclaim their purpose and facilitated panels with tech entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley.
Alongside her professional work, Anika describes herself as a lifelong student and practitioner of emotions, energy and consciousness. She looks for practical ways to bring quantum physics, neuroscience and mindfulness into her work so clients can move forward with more clarity, creativity and confidence. Her Insight Timer page describes her as a spiritual strategist and candid coach, trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy and Hypnotherapy, and completing a Ph.D in Integrative Medicine.
She also hosts The Feast, an intimate dining experience for building connection, trust and community, and the Women's Feast dinners in Byron Bay, which bring women together around the table for conversation. Whether she is delivering a keynote, running a corporate offsite or hosting a dinner, her aim is the same: that people feel seen, heard and held. After ten years in New York City and Los Angeles, she is back in Australia and calls Byron Bay home.
