Jennifer Scott

Jennifer Scott is a coach and meditation teacher based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. She helps women of all ages release long-held patterns of unmindful drinking by guiding them back to their own inner wisdom and power, and offering healing tools along the way.

Her work grew out of her own 20-year struggle with unmindful drinking. After years of deep personal exploration, she found a path to healing, well-being and balance that felt fitted to her and finally lasted. She went on to share it through her book, The Soulful Path to Soberish, part intimate journal and part inspirational guidebook, and through her Soul-Centered Coaching Program.

Jennifer holds a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology and has 15 years of experience as a professional coach and meditation teacher. She runs a private practice and is a featured coach and meditation guide on apps such as Insight Timer, where her meditations include Sacred Morning, Sacred Evening and Temple of Healing.

At the center of her approach is helping people rediscover their own inner wisdom and power, their True Self. She supports healing from the inside out by deepening personal understanding, fostering spiritual connection and strengthening conscious awareness.
