Dream Map Technique: Attract Abundance Into Your Life

Laylä Föz

In a meditation class led by Marcinha Bello, Laylä Föz encountered something that would reshape how she thought about intention and manifestation. Bello, who runs healing courses worldwide, had developed a systematic technique called the mapa dos sonhos—the dream map—designed to attract everything you want for your life. Not through wishful thinking or passive hope, but through a precise methodology that combines written intention, language discipline, and energetic alignment. What struck Föz was how simple it appeared, yet how rigorous it needed to be. "It's very simple," she explains in her teaching, "but you really have to put that energy into it."

The dream map isn't a vision board in the collage-and-Pinterest sense. It's a written, structured practice rooted in the belief that your words, specificity, and inner vibration don't just reflect reality—they generate it. Marcinha Bello's approach has spread through a network of teachers and practitioners, passed along by channels like Invertia (hosted by Isabela Mesandre) and now through Föz's own teaching platform. What makes it worth attention isn't novelty; it's precision. In an era of vague affirmations and generic manifestation talk, this technique insists on clarity, timing, numerical specificity, and deliberate language choice.

Why the Words You Use Actually Matter

The dream map lives or dies on a single, seemingly small distinction: the difference between "I want" and "I will." This isn't semantics or positive thinking for its own sake. According to the practice, "I want" keeps desire perpetually in the future tense—a state of lack, of reaching toward something you don't yet possess. "I will" places the manifestation in the realm of inevitability, a done deal waiting to unfold. Föz emphasizes this repeatedly in her teaching because it's the foundation everything else rests on. When you write your intentions, you're not expressing a wish. You're making a declaration.

Equally important is what you exclude from your language. The dream map forbids negatives. You don't write "I won't regret this choice" or "I don't want someone who annoys me." Instead, you reframe: "I will make the right choice" and "I want someone who makes me happy, who treats me with respect, who values travel." The reasoning is both energetic and practical. When you say "I won't be depressed," the dominant image in your mind is depression. You're instructing your subconscious and your energetic field to hold an image of what you're trying to avoid—which is often what manifests.

This language precision extends to numerical and temporal specificity. If you earn two thousand dollars a month and dream of more, don't be timid. Write exactly how much you intend to earn and by when: "I will earn seven thousand dollars by June 2018." If you're seeking a job, specify the company and the month: "I will get an internship at Unilever by March 2018." If it's followers on a blog, name the number: "I will gain thirty-eight thousand followers." The universe, according to this philosophy, rewards clarity. Vague intentions produce vague results. Specificity magnetizes possibility.

The Architecture of Your Dream Map

The physical practice unfolds in stages, each one intentional. You begin with a draft sheet—pencil preferred, though pen works—where you list everything you want across multiple life domains: college, work, love, health, personal growth, travel, family. Don't censor yourself at this stage; you're building the full inventory of your intentions. For each area, you write specific, affirmative statements. "I will be accepted by February 2018 to Hawaii Pacific University for the communications course, starting in May 2018. I will love my course and the academic environment. I will learn a lot and be very happy." The density matters. Each statement combines what you want, when you want it, and how you'll feel within it.

Once your draft is complete, you move to the final version—this is where presentation becomes part of the practice. In the center of your new sheet, you write your full name and your date of birth. This centers the manifestation around you; it affirms that these intentions belong to you and originate from your will. Then, around your name, you begin drawing arrows from each of your written intentions toward your center. Each arrow represents a channel through which desire flows toward manifestation, toward you. You're not drawing a casual doodle. You're creating a map of energy converging on your intention.

On Naming and the Universe's Wisdom

One of the most counterintuitive rules in the dream map method concerns romantic love: you don't name the person. If you're attracted to someone and want them in your life, you describe the qualities—"I will meet someone intelligent, kind, who makes me laugh, who loves to travel"—but you leave the identity open. This isn't about uncertainty. It's a form of spiritual humility. By avoiding a specific name, you're telling the universe, "I know what I want to feel and who I want to be with, but I trust that the universe knows the path better than I do. Maybe it's this person; maybe it's someone even better."

Föz explains this by noting that if you insist on a particular name and that person isn't actually aligned with your highest good, "the dream board won't keep them in your life." You've overridden the universe's wisdom with your ego's attachment. The technique asks you to distinguish between what you truly need and what you think you need based on current circumstances or desire. This is particularly important in matters of the heart, where clarity often comes only after distance.

Energy, Visualization, and the Work Beyond Writing

The dream map isn't a set-it-and-forget-it charm. Writing is the beginning, not the end. Föz emphasizes that everything you say, everything you emanate, is putting out into the universe. The energy behind your words matters. When you read your dream map—and you do read it, you visualize it—you're supposed to feel it as already accomplished. "You visualize that it's over," she says. Manifestation requires the internal experience of completion, not the anxious anticipation of someone waiting for something to arrive.

This is where the practice intersects with meditation and consciousness work. The dream map gives structure to intention, but the actual transformation happens in your body, your vibration, your alignment with what you're calling toward yourself. You're not commanding the universe. You're getting into resonance with your own desires. Föz learned this from Marcinha Bello's broader teaching, which includes meditation practices designed to raise your frequency and clear the internal obstacles to manifestation.

The Category Breakdown: Where to Place Your Desires

The dream map typically includes these life areas, though you can customize based on your own priorities:

  • College/Education: Specific programs, dates of acceptance, feelings about your academic journey
  • Work/Career: Job titles, companies, salaries, promotion timelines, field changes
  • Love/Relationships: Qualities of partners or friends, feelings you want to experience, not specific names
  • Health/Fitness: Exercise habits, nutrition, weight goals, dates by which you'll achieve them
  • Travel: Specific destinations, durations, who you'll travel with (describing qualities, not naming)
  • Personal Growth: Skills you'll develop, confidence levels, mindset shifts
  • Finances: Income targets, savings goals, specific monetary amounts with timelines
  • Lifestyle/Possessions: Home features, objects you'll own, living situations

Each category gets the same treatment: specificity, affirmative language, realistic-yet-expansive goals. Föz gives the example of wanting to move to another country. You don't write "I hope I can live abroad someday." You write "I will move to [country] by [specific date], and I will feel [emotion] about my new life there."

The Practice of Living Your Dream Map

Once your dream map is complete, you keep it somewhere accessible—a notebook, a private journal, not necessarily framed on your wall (though some practitioners do). You return to it regularly. You read it. You visualize it. You let it remind you of your commitment to yourself. The act of reading becomes a form of reinforcement; each time you read your intentions, you're sending that energetic message outward again.

The technique also invites accountability and tracking. If you set a goal for a specific date, you mark that date in your calendar. When you achieve the goal, you acknowledge it. This feedback loop tells your nervous system and your subconscious mind that your intentions matter, that you follow through, that the universe does respond to your clarity. Over time, you develop trust in the process—not as magic, but as a systematic alignment between your inner world and outer reality.

Where to Go from Here

If the dream map calls to you, begin simply. Get a sheet of paper, a pencil, and give yourself an hour. Don't overthink it. List what you genuinely want across the areas of your life that matter most. Use "I will." Avoid "don't," "can't," "hope," "someday." Include numbers, dates, and feelings. Write your name in the center and draw your arrows. Then, the harder work: keep the map close. Read it. Visualize it. Notice how your daily choices begin to align with your stated intentions, and how synchronicities appear that you couldn't have orchestrated. That's not accident. That's the dream map working. If you want to deepen the practice, explore Marcinha Bello's broader teaching through her meditation courses and healing work, where this technique lives within a fuller context of consciousness and transformation. The dream map is the tool. Your commitment to living it is the engine.

[0:01] Uh, so I discovered, I attend

[0:06] Marcinha's meditation. Let me just

[0:08] organize this so I can make something

[0:10] really cool. Uh, so I attend a

[0:15] meditation by Marcinha Belo and and

[0:22] also follow Invertia, which I don't

[0:24] know if you follow. Marcinha, she has

[0:27] several, several, I don't know, several

[0:29] healing courses around the world. And

[0:32] and she and she developed a technique

[0:34] called the dream map, which is for you

[0:36] to attract everything you want for your

[0:38] life, all your dreams, in short, to be

[0:40] able to make everything happen. And

[0:44] it's very simple, but you really have

[0:46] to put that energy into it. I don't

[0:49] know if you understand me. Let me grab

[0:52] the thing here, one minute, okay? So,

[0:56] first you need to know what you want,

[0:58] right, from your life. It's okay if you

[1:01] if you don't know what you want, but

[1:03] then you state that you want to know

[1:05] what you want, you know? Like, I don't

[1:07] know, you're unsure between two guys.

[1:09] Oh, I want clarity to know who I'm

[1:10] going to be with. I want clarity to to

[1:13] choose my college, I don't know. So,

[1:17] grab a paper. I've already made my base

[1:19] here, which is actually not mine, it's

[1:21] just an example to use, that I got from

[1:23] the Inverti website, which I will post

[1:25] everything for you later, because I

[1:27] didn't invent any of this, none of this

[1:29] is mine, okay? Please. Uh, her

[1:32] Instagram is Isabela Mesandre with two

[1:36] Ls, two and Marcinha's is Márcia Belo

[1:39] or Marcinha Belo. I'll post it all

[1:42] again, wait, let me just check this

[1:44] here, okay? So you're there with your

[1:48] paper, your pen, a pencil preferably,

[1:50] but it can be it can be a a pen. Uh,

[1:57] you need to think about what you want

[1:59] for the coming months. It's not like,

[2:01] oh, I want to graduate one day and have

[2:03] a master's degree and so on, you know?

[2:06] So let's suppose you're applying for

[2:07] college. You will write it down first,

[2:10] you will divide it into topics, like

[2:12] college, colon. I am going to get into

[2:15] USP. Ta-da, it will always be I am

[2:16] going to. It's not I want to get into

[2:19] USP, it's I am going to get into USP

[2:20] for the psychology course, I don't know

[2:22] . So grab your pen, your paper, and

[2:25] start writing. And you will do this for

[2:29] several areas of your life. First do

[2:32] this draft so you don't have to cross

[2:33] things out and such, because then it

[2:35] will look messy. Avoid words like "

[2:37] don't," like, "I won't regret it," no,

[2:40] it's like, "I'll be sure, I'll make the

[2:42] right choice." Uh, for example, ah, I

[2:48] want someone who doesn't annoy me. No,

[2:49] on the contrary, I want someone who

[2:51] makes me happy, who treats me like this

[2:53] , like that, you know? So, let's go. I

[2:55] took some examples, guys. Uh, I will

[3:02] have a strong desire to exercise and

[3:05] eat well. Uh, I'm going to spend my

[3:10] birthday, wait, I'm going to spend my

[3:13] birthday this year in Bahia. Love, I'm

[3:19] going to meet someone who boosts my

[3:21] self-esteem and who is smart and likes

[3:24] to travel, for example. Start writing

[3:27] it down. As I'm talking, you go ahead

[3:29] and make yours really detailed. Uh, I

[3:32] don't know, whatever your dreams are or

[3:35] what you work with, but, for example,

[3:37] if you work in, if you're an intern at

[3:40] a company, I'm going to get promoted

[3:42] this year by. I don't know, by June of

[3:45] next year I will get an internship. But

[3:48] like, the more detailed, the better: I

[3:51] will get an internship at Unilever by

[3:53] March 2018, you know? And then what she

[3:57] also says is, like, let's suppose you

[3:59] earn $ 2,000 a month. Uh, and then you

[4:02] want to set your goal for 6 months from

[4:06] now, oh my cat, for 6 months from now

[4:09] is to earn $ 7,000. Only you, like, I

[4:13] don't know, calm down here what I said,

[4:14] uh, come on, you earn two, you want to

[4:16] set the goal for five. Don't be afraid

[4:18] to set it at 10 if you think you

[4:20] deserve it. You don't need to think, "

[4:22] oh, but I'll set tangible things," no.

[4:25] Put down really what you truly want.

[4:29] Then let's suppose, your dream is to be

[4:32] a blogger, there it is, I will gain X,

[4:35] uh, 38,000 followers. It can be an

[4:37] exact number, you know? Or like, for

[4:39] example, let me see more, I will create

[4:42] a fashion blog and I will want to

[4:45] create content every day or every month

[4:48] and so on. So you will always be

[4:51] positive, don't use "don't" and use "I

[4:54] will, I will, I will, I will." It's not

[4:57] like "I want," no, no. Any questions so

[5:00] far? Then let's go. Work. There's that

[5:03] part about how much I'm going to earn,

[5:04] and so on. Or for example, I will

[5:08] change fields, uh, I will start working

[5:11] with art within my profession. I don't

[5:15] know, whatever you decide to do.

[5:17] There’s college, there are trips. So

[5:19] I’m going to travel to Asia until, I

[5:24] don’t know, I’ll set a date or

[5:27] I’ll spend 20 days in Paris, I

[5:29] don’t know, with someone I really

[5:33] like. Avoid using names, like, love,

[5:36] I’ll be with so-and-so, because then

[5:38] the universe, wait, then the universe

[5:44] and you’re getting in the way of what

[5:48] the universe thinks is best for you,

[5:50] you know? And if that person isn't best

[5:53] for you, that won't hold, the dream

[5:54] board won't keep them in your life. So

[5:56] you write things that are abstract.

[5:58] I’ll find someone, not abstract,

[6:00] precise, but don't involve anyone's

[6:02] name. Uh, so, work, love, personal, and

[6:11] college and whatever else you want,

[6:13] travel, for example, or health or

[6:15] whatever. But look, see what I put in

[6:20] mine, okay? Here I have examples and I

[6:22] have mine. I will be accepted by

[6:25] February 2018 to Hawaii Pacific

[6:27] University for the communications

[6:29] course to start in May 2018. I will

[6:31] love my course and the academic

[6:33] environment. I will learn a lot and be

[6:35] very happy. I will dedicate myself a

[6:37] lot to college. I will easily find a

[6:39] job with this course, which will be

[6:40] everything I’ve always dreamed of and

[6:42] much more. Do you kind of get the gist?

[6:45] It’s something like that, my loves,

[6:52] you’ll keep doing it, right?

[6:55] Meanwhile, I’ll do mine here. I was

[7:03] told today that it’s better to use a

[7:06] pencil since it's a mineral. So, she

[7:12] stopped quickly, I didn't understand

[7:13] why either, but anyway. Let’s go. Uh,

[7:16] then you keep doing it. There, in the

[7:36] middle, in the middle of the, wait, in

[7:44] the middle of the, sheet, you will put

[7:48] your full name, first and last name,

[7:51] and you will put your date of birth,

[7:54] okay? Sounds great. OK. Then you start

[8:01] drawing arrows. So, for example,

[8:08] college, where are you guys at? Tell me

[8:19] . Have you written everything you want?

[8:22] Do you want me to wait a little longer?

[8:23] Should I write mine out clearly? What

[8:25] part are you at? My phone is glitching,

[8:29] okay? That’s why it keeps acting up.

[8:33] Uh, wait, okay, I’m waiting. Let’s

[8:46] go. I’ll do mine in the meantime.

[9:03] Tell me the names. Say it again. No,

[9:09] look, wait. You’re going to take a

[9:11] sheet of paper and list everything you

[9:13] want, everything you want for your life

[9:15] , okay? So, like, guys, I’m going to

[9:18] be very happy with Zuri. I gave several

[9:20] silly examples here, but it’s just to

[9:21] write it down. I’ll be very happy

[9:23] with Zuri, who is my cat, and I’ll

[9:25] take him to live with me wherever I go.

[9:27] I’ll have a lot of desire to do

[9:29] sports, to eat well. Uh, I’ll reach

[9:33] such a date weighing so much, you know?

[9:37] I’ll enjoy it a lot and it will be

[9:38] the best place of my life, the best

[9:40] phase of my life. Like, I don't know,

[9:43] okay? I don't think I’ll keep the

[9:46] live stream saved. Maybe I'll record

[9:47] another video about this later, in a

[9:48] month or so, but I won't keep the live

[9:50] stream saved. Yeah. Hmm. So you’re

[9:53] going to put everything, personal,

[9:55] health, work, love, college, anything.

[9:58] And you’re going to make this first

[9:59] draft sheet, really. Have you done it

[10:01] yet, who here has already made the

[10:03] draft sheet? Say: "I made the draft

[10:05] sheet." Yes. No, how are we doing?

[10:11] It’s just that I already started

[10:12] talking, you know? And remember, on the

[10:15] draft sheet you won't put anything like

[10:17] never, no, uh, ever, nothing like that,

[10:19] nothing, nothing, nothing. You will do,

[10:22] you will do everything with "I will"

[10:24] and not "I want", yeah, "I will", "I

[10:25] will", everything, "I will". So come on

[10:28] , Junier, let’s do it. Uh, so, for

[10:32] example, in my case, I want to move to

[10:37] another country. I’ll tell you,

[10:38] I’ll explain how it can be silly

[10:40] things. Hold on, it would be so amazing

[10:42] if I could charge my phone. Uh, oh,

[10:48] okay. Go. Let’s see if it works now.

[10:56] Uh, if I put some things, for example,

[11:02] I’ll have to redo this, but, for

[11:04] example, I will, I want to move. And I

[11:07] have an entire room of clothes that I

[11:08] haven't put on Enjoei for a long time

[11:10] because I have no time. And there’s

[11:11] an entire closet plus my wardrobe,

[11:13] it’s a lot of clothes. And then I put

[11:15] here, you want to see? I will want and

[11:22] manage to take many, I will want and I

[11:24] will manage to take many photos for

[11:26] Enjoei and I will sell all my clothes

[11:28] there and through the physical bazaar I

[11:30] will hold before traveling. So are you

[11:33] understanding? My plan is like, I want

[11:35] to get rid of everything, I want to

[11:36] earn money to travel, I’ll have a

[11:38] physical bazaar, I’ll use Enjoei. But

[11:40] then I'm putting energy into it; words

[11:43] have energy, words already have a force

[11:46] . Everything you say is emanating out

[11:47] to the universe. That's why you can't

[11:49] say: "I am fat, I am this, I am that."

[11:52] And especially when you write it down,

[11:53] you make it concrete. So, every time

[11:55] you put a phrase out to the universe,

[11:57] be very careful with what you're

[11:59] putting out, but use it to your

[12:00] advantage. Be careful what you put on

[12:03] this dream map, okay? Eh, so go ahead.

[12:07] I'm waiting for you. I'm going to do

[12:10] mine right here, my love is short, I

[12:12] don't even care about that, no, I'm

[12:13] kidding. Let's go. Did you already do

[12:22] the draft? Keep telling me. I'm doing

[12:23] it, I'm doing it. I'm done. Go. I've

[12:47] done it, okay? Whoever hasn't done it

[12:49] yet, speak up. I haven't. Go. I want to

[13:00] know if anyone hasn't done it. I'll

[13:02] wait a bit because there's a delay,

[13:03] okay? I'm doing it. I'll wait a bit.

[13:42] Wait, the key is in the door. Live.

[13:50] All right.

[13:52] Hi.

[13:53] So, what's up?

[13:53] Everything okay?

[13:55] Great.

[13:55] I already cleaned the bathroom, but

[13:57] look here, there's more over there.

[13:58] I'll do it later.

[13:59] Liar. I'm just finishing this, very

[14:01] quickly.

[14:02] Oh, let me give a

[14:04] here. Yeah.

[14:05] Oh, how lovely. I missed you so much.

[14:08] So,

[14:09] so, basically it's the following. Yeah,

[14:13] you finished that. And when you have

[14:18] this sheet finished, you're going to

[14:20] draw a circle in the middle of the

[14:22] sheet, write your full name, your full

[14:24] date of birth and start drawing the

[14:29] arrows. Then you draw the arrow, write

[14:34] college, colon, underline it, and keep

[14:36] doing love, whatever. In my case, I

[14:39] said, I'm going to meet someone who

[14:42] boosts my self-esteem, who I think is

[14:44] beautiful, and who respects my space,

[14:47] which is what we need at the moment.

[14:50] Did you understand that?

[14:55] Should I put finances under personal?

[14:57] No, you put it under work if it's about

[14:59] earnings, but actually, you can name it

[15:02] however you want, whatever you think is

[15:04] coherent with your choices, you know?

[15:13] Then you will put everything and then

[15:20] you will write, wait a minute, you will

[15:28] write somewhere, preferably around your

[15:31] name, the following phrase. the

[15:36] following phrase. Can I say the

[15:38] following phrase? I might, if you guys

[15:41] want, make another video later; whoever

[15:44] wants to, yeah, before recording a

[15:46] video, I always check the comments from

[15:48] the previous one. Anyone who didn't

[15:50] have time and wants me to re-record it,

[15:51] I'll re-record it another time. Yeah,

[15:54] just write to me there on the last

[15:56] video I released today, actually, eh,

[15:59] that you want me to redo it, but anyway

[16:01] , let's go. Then you're going to write

[16:07] the following above your name, pay

[16:09] attention. I decree that the best and

[16:14] most appropriate manifest in my life

[16:16] from now on. I'll repeat it. I decree

[16:19] that the best and most appropriate

[16:21] manifest in my life from now on. And it

[16:24] will do everything. And then your dream

[16:27] map will be totally full, whole, and

[16:30] completely filled with your things and

[16:32] your goals. The more details the better

[16:36] , try again not to involve anyone's

[16:39] name, but make it, like, very, very

[16:41] specific. I want to get into such and

[16:43] such college, in such and such course,

[16:45] in such and such year. Not I want, I

[16:47] will get in. So

[16:51] stay right there. After you finish,

[16:57] you're going to leave it in a place

[16:59] that's easily accessible to you, by

[17:01] your bed, underneath, I don't know,

[17:02] kept in your notebook, somewhere. Oh,

[17:04] it's good to be a sheet without lines,

[17:06] right? Which I already mentioned at the

[17:09] beginning, but it's a place where you

[17:12] can see it from time to time and,

[17:14] anyway, have access to it. Every time

[17:16] that something, from time to time you

[17:18] will, I'll say it again, from time to

[17:21] time you will, you will look at it and

[17:23] some things will have come true. Then

[17:25] you write below or to the side of what

[17:28] you wrote, of what you asked for, a

[17:30] thank you. Gratitude, thank you,

[17:33] whatever you want, okay? Eh,

[17:37] okay. That's

[17:40] it. Let's suppose everything worked out

[17:44] , you don't want that anymore, I don't

[17:47] know, when it's done, you're going to

[17:49] burn or tear up this map, visualizing

[17:51] that it's over, its things are finished

[17:53] , just like if you lose it, oh I didn't

[17:55] find it, you visualize that it's over,

[17:58] you know? Release this to the universe

[18:00] so you can make a new one for a new

[18:02] phase and with all your new desires.

[18:04] You guys will be impressed by how this

[18:06] really attracts these things and things

[18:08] start to happen. It's a really shocking

[18:09] thing, honestly. I will repeat the

[18:11] phrase again for those who are asking.

[18:14] I decree that the best and most

[18:15] appropriate manifest in my life from

[18:17] now on. OK? Perfect. Perfect. Well,

[18:24] that's it. Do you need anything else? I

[18:28] think that's it. When you finish and

[18:31] want to tell me, "Oh, I did it," send

[18:32] it to me there. But basically, that's

[18:37] it. If anyone has any other questions,

[18:39] speak now or forever hold your peace.

[18:41] I'll wait for the 30-second delay until

[18:44] it reaches you so you can write your

[18:47] name. I didn't understand. It's your

[18:50] first and last name, your full name,

[18:52] and below it your date of birth. And

[18:57] then, either below or above that, try

[19:00] to center it. You write this phrase. I

[19:03] decree. I will do it here so that the

[19:09] best and most appropriate manifests in

[19:28] my life

[19:34] starting from now. Like this, you'll

[19:43] just write it clearly so the paper

[19:45] isn't messy. This paper has to be clean

[19:47] , with everything you want,

[19:48] well-structured, detailed, and

[19:50] organized. That other thing is just

[19:52] like a rough draft, you see? Oh my God.

[19:56] Wait, I'm out of energy. So, for

[20:03] example, you draw an arrow, write the

[20:05] title "Love," and what do you want for

[20:07] love? College, work, personal, travel,

[20:11] health, family, I don't know, okay? It

[20:16] has to be things for the next 6 months

[20:19] or a year. Don't put things for 5 years

[20:22] from now that will be intangible for

[20:24] you, okay? That's it. Can I go? Later

[20:27] you can tell me all your questions and

[20:29] everything. Yes or no?

[20:38] Tell me.

[20:50] Oh, I wanted to say I already have my

[20:52] next trip booked. Uh, it's in my latest

[20:58] video, I posted it earlier, I also

[21:00] talked a bit about AIESEC, what it is,

[21:02] the programs they have, right? I'm

[21:04] going to do volunteer work. Another

[21:06] thing, recycle your paper. I'm kidding,

[21:08] but this one is better if it's blank.

[21:10] But for drafts, recycle, and well,

[21:12] check out my latest video. I'm enjoying

[21:16] making it, but I wanted your help with

[21:18] opinions or what you think of it. I

[21:21] really want tips, they help me so, so,

[21:23] so, so much. So, whoever can, please.

[21:26] Someone said calm down, I am calm. Tell

[21:28] me what your question is. I couldn't

[21:32] quite find the programs on the site.

[21:34] Well, it's all in English, that kind of

[21:36] stuff. If you want, the contact for the

[21:39] team is in my video description. Send a

[21:42] WhatsApp message asking, and they'll

[21:43] tell you everything, like, with no

[21:45] obligation at all. Just say: "Oh, look,

[21:47] I wanted to know this, this, and this."

[21:49] And they send you absolutely everything

[21:50] . Like, the programs, the prices, the

[21:53] dates, they are really, really great.

[21:56] And take advantage this week, if you

[21:59] see what you want, book it now, even if

[22:01] it's for next year, because it's 50%off

[22:03] . So it's really, it's really good,

[22:06] okay guys? That's it. Please, I'm

[22:09] counting on you to check it out and

[22:12] give me your feedback so I know which

[22:14] way to go in my life, okay? Lots of

[22:17] kisses and see you next time. Do you

[22:20] already know when you're going? Yes,

[22:21] tomorrow I'll sign everything for my

[22:23] trip, but I believe I'm going in

[22:26] January. Uh, I'm excited. If you want,

[22:30] the folks over at SPM already know my

[22:32] date, because I gave them the window of

[22:34] when I can go. They just haven't told

[22:36] me yet, they'll tell me tomorrow,

[22:37] because I said like: "Oh, I can go from

[22:39] this date to that," they'll send me

[22:40] something first. If you want to send a

[22:42] message asking, "Oh, when is she going?

[22:44] I wanted to go too," then they'll tell

[22:45] you, they'll give you all the details.

[22:47] Okay, guys? That's it. Kisses, love you

[22:50] , and check it out.

Frequently Asked Questions

A dream map is a written, highly structured practice using specific language rules and numerical targets, while a vision board is typically a visual collage. The dream map emphasizes affirmative declarations ('I will'), precise dates and amounts, and a centered intention around your name and birth date.
According to the technique, naming a specific person limits the universe's ability to bring you what's truly best for you. By describing qualities instead, you allow the universe to match you with someone (or something) even better aligned with your highest good.
Yes—the technique treats language as a fundamental tool for manifestation. 'I want' keeps desire in the future, as something you lack. 'I will' affirms inevitability and places the manifestation in a state of certainty that your subconscious mind and energy field respond to.
Regularly—ideally daily or several times a week. Each time you read it, you're reinforcing your intention and visualizing your goals as already achieved, which keeps your energy aligned with what you're manifesting.
Yes. Avoid 'don't,' 'won't,' 'never,' and 'no.' Reframe negatives as positive statements. Instead of 'I don't want to be anxious,' write 'I will feel calm and confident.' Your mind and energetic field respond to the dominant image you hold.
No—specificity is encouraged. Name exact figures for income, follower counts, or other metrics. Include precise dates for when you want goals achieved. The universe responds to clarity; vague intentions produce vague results.
