Carole Westerman

Carole Westerman, MA, ERYT-500, has been practicing yoga since 1995 and teaching since 2005, building on a foundation of meditation practice that began at age 11. She holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Psychology and brings extensive experience from her previous roles as a therapist, children's advocate, behavior interventionist, crisis stabilization coordinator, parent educator, childbirth educator, and mental health coordinator.

Currently, Westerman works full-time at Omaha Integrative Care as a Leadership and Wellness Coach while serving as Director of Yoga Teacher Training Programs. She is also the owner of Evolve to Harmony and directs 200-Hour, 500-Hour, and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training programs. Registered with Yoga Alliance as an ERYT-500, RPYT, and RCYT, she has created curricula for specialized certification programs in Prenatal, Yin, Restorative, and Children's Yoga. Westerman teaches nationally and internationally as faculty for multiple yoga schools.
