Kathrin Rottmann

Kathrin Rottmann is a yoga teacher and guide for Feel Flow Fade®, a three-step method for letting go of burdensome feelings without having to analyse or talk through the topic itself. Instead of working with the story, practitioners turn their attention to the physical sensation that is present, watch how it changes, and let it fade. The approach is described as a funded concept in North Rhine-Westphalia and as a practice people can later use on their own.

She teaches the method in several forms: live courses, weekends and retreats, one-to-one sessions, and an online audio and video course called "Der Gefühlscode". Participants describe her as competent, empathic and mindful, and one retreat guest says her care shows in both her personality and her teaching.

Her retreat in Tratterhof Mountain Sky Hotel in South Tyrol, Italy, runs from 18 to 23 October 2026. It combines daily Feel Flow Fade® practice, Anusara® Inspired Yoga and meditation. Yoga is there to release tension and help participants take in the week's experiences. No prior meditation experience is needed. The week offers knowledge and practical tools, not therapy or coaching.
