Lalah Delia

Lalah Delia is a spiritual writer, certified spiritual practitioner, wellness educator, meditation guide and bestselling author. She is the founder of Vibrate Higher Daily School, based in Los Angeles, a place devoted to higher embodiment, purpose and the calling of a person's life.

Her work grows out of lived experience. She describes herself as a domestic violence survivor and overcomer and a "living testimony of trauma recovery and integration." She says her higher self was ready to step forward, take control and expand her life, and that the path and results were profound enough that she now writes and teaches about them. In her words, "Because I've gone through, I can be a conduit for you to vibrate higher."

Through Vibrate Higher Daily School she offers guided meditations and practices, classes, a content library and a community. The themes run through energy, vibration, embodiment and self-development. Class subjects have included subconscious reprogramming, vibrational manifestation, spiritual alchemy, energetic liberation, creating a home sanctuary and inner security. The school's aim is to help people move beyond energetic blocks, limiting beliefs and old narratives toward intentional living. She also teaches meditations on Insight Timer, and her book, Vibrate Higher Daily: Live Your Power, is among the works she has published.
